The PATIENCE Year · Founding 300

Every simulation. Every grade.
One year. Ninety-nine dollars.

$99 per year · less than three simulations

Right now you buy a pack for the grade and subject you teach. The Year costs about the same and stops the question from coming up again — the grade you move to next year, the section of something else they hand you in August, the Mini Missions, and everything I build while you’re a member. All of it, already in your library.

The honest comparison

Against what you’d actually buy today.

Not against the whole catalog — you don’t teach every subject, and I’m not going to pretend a fifth-grade teacher gets value out of AP Statistics. Here is the comparison that is actually true for you.

Grades 3–5
Your grade pack — 4 simulations for your grade
$99
Grades 6–8
Your course pack — 2 simulations for your grade and subject
$59
Grades 9–12
Your course pack — 2 simulations for your course
$66
The PATIENCE Year — all of it, every grade, every subject$99

If you teach elementary, the Year costs exactly what your own grade pack costs, and you get everything else on top of it. If you teach one middle or high school course, the Year is thirty to forty dollars more than your course pack — and that difference buys you every other course, all 24 Mini Missions, and everything added to the library while you’re a member.

A teacher personally uses two or three simulations a year. But she faces Monday morning thirty-six times.

That last line is the whole reason the Year exists, and it’s the honest reason I’m building more than simulations. What’s below is what’s on the bench.

What “founding” actually means

Three hundred people. Then the price moves.

The founding price is capped at 300 members. It is a cap, not a target — if it never fills, it still closes. After that, the Year sells at its regular price and founding members keep theirs.

What “locked for life” covers

  • Your renewal stays $99 a year for as long as your membership stays continuous.
  • Every simulation and Mini Mission in the catalog, including anything added during your member year.
  • Each membership year’s delivery calendar is published in advance, so you always know what is coming and when.
  • Email support, with replies within one week during the school year.

What it does not cover

  • School and building licences — those are priced separately, for whole buildings and districts.
  • A lapse and rejoin. If your membership stops, the founding price stops with it.
  • Future products sold separately from the Year. If something ships as its own product, it is its own product.
  • Sharing beyond your own classroom. One teacher, one licence.
What I’m building next

Not promises. Just what’s on the bench.

These are in development. They are deliberately listed here rather than in what you are guaranteed above, because I would rather under-promise and ship than sell you a calendar I cannot keep. Founding members vote on the order.

Daily DecisionsShort bell-ringer decisions, one per day, all three grade bands.
The Case FileA monthly decision autopsy — New Coke, Blockbuster, Challenger, Theranos.
The DebriefA five-minute post-mortem protocol that bolts onto any lesson you already teach.
The Thinking BenchmarkA quarterly reasoning-scored task that produces a one-page class growth report.
Lesson plansStandalone, editable lesson plans — beyond the admin-ready one already built into every simulation.
